Welcome to Bulgaroom, an ad service that connects sellers and buyers.
Bulgaroom Terms of Use (the"Terms") govern the relationship between the Googolet Club EOD (the"Company", "we") and Internet users who have accessed Bulgaroom (the" users","you").
You can use Bulgaroom in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, you should stop using Bulgaroom.
1. What is Bulgaroom

3. Entrance to the Bulgaroom
You can log in to your Bulgaroom profile (log in) either by using the email address specified in your profile, or by using the social network associated with your profile ("login details"). You are required to keep your login details confidential for Bulgaroom. If you have reason to believe that someone has accessed them without authorization, please let us know immediately. You do not have the right to sell, rent, or donate your login information to third parties on Bulgaroom. All actions performed on Bulgaroom by a person authorized using your login details will be considered to have been performed by you. You will be responsible for such actions.
How to log in to your profile:

3. Enter your phone number and profile password.

4. User Information
The information that you provide to the Company about yourself must be accurate, up-to-date and must not violate the law or the rights of third parties. You must update them in your Bulgaroom profile as necessary. We may use this information to verify compliance with the Bulgaroom rules.
We may request data from you to confirm your credentials or verify the information you provide on Bulgaroom. In particular, if we detect suspicious signs after placing an ad in the "Real Estate" category, we may request additional information from you. This is necessary to check the information that characterizes the property.
We cannot guarantee that all the information that users indicate on Bulgaroom is true. Be careful when making transactions.
We may provide you with the opportunity to pass a security check on your own initiative, and in some cases, if there are signs of violation of the rules or unfair behavior, we may ask you to do so.
Verification of trustworthiness is necessary to fulfill the contract with you to provide you with the opportunity to use the free functionality of Bulgaroom and ensure the safety of Bulgaroom users, as we strive to provide a service in which it will be easier for users to trust each other and conclude transactions.
Within the framework of Bulgaroom, there can be various types of security checks. Depending on the specific case, you may be asked to complete one or more verification options.
If you are a professional user, you can pass a security check using the details of an individual entrepreneur or legal entity registered in the Republic of Bulgaria.
You may also be given the opportunity to pass verification through the unified Bulstat system.
The fact that the user successfully passes the security check, including confirmation of activity, does not guarantee the accuracy and relevance of the information provided by the user in ads and in the profile, recommendations to make transactions with them, and does not impose additional obligations on such users.
If you fail the security check, you may not be able to access certain functions on Bulgaroom, or access to your profile may be restricted.
We do not disclose user information to third parties, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. At the same time, we cannot be held responsible for third-party illegal actions in relation to information that you have independently posted on Bulgaroom and made available to other users.

Create a complex password
It is best to use a phrase that does not occur in colloquial speech. For example, "orange elephant". Translate it to the Latin alphabet and remove the spaces — you will get "oranzhevyjslon". It will be difficult for scammers to pick it up, and you will easily remember the combination.

If you publish your personal data as part of your public profile or ads so that users can contact you or get the most complete information about your offer, you will disclose it yourself to an unspecified group of people. The Company processes your personal data in order to fulfill the contract with you – the Terms of Use of Bulgaroom.
If you post personal data of third parties on Bulgaroom or otherwise transfer it to the Company, you guarantee that all applicable requirements of the law on personal data are met, including, but not limited to, the availability of the necessary consent of the subjects or other legal grounds for such actions.
You must independently ensure that your user content fully complies with applicable laws, Bulgaroom Terms of Use, ad placement rules, profile requirements, and reviews. You guarantee that your content does not violate the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including the rights to intellectual property results.
Bulgaroom is not required to pre-check user content. We take actions in relation to the content based on requests or decisions of authorized persons in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The purpose for which users post information on Bulgaroom is to establish contact with a potential buyer who is interested in concluding a transaction regarding the product in the ad. User content may only be posted for informational purposes.
It is forbidden to post deliberately false information in reviews, leave any feedback to users on Bulgaroom if you are not interested in concluding a transaction based on this user's ads, or make or order "cheat" reviews (including leaving reviews for a fee that help improve the seller's rating, or call for such actions). It is prohibited to collect, copy, use, or perform any other actions in relation to user content for purposes not provided for in the Terms and Conditions. You cannot use users ' phone numbers for purposes that are not directly related to the purchase of goods from the user.
You grant the Company the right to use your content and the intellectual property objects included in it under a non-exclusive license: indefinitely, without remuneration, in any way, for worldwide operation, both with and without specifying the name of the author. We may use your content to fulfill the Terms, improve Bulgaroom, for advertising and educational purposes, in commercial and non-commercial projects. We also have the right to grant rights to such content to the Autotech service partner. We have the right to keep archived copies of user content and not withdraw the materials that contain it from circulation.

6. User communication on Bulgaroom
Authorized users can write messages on Bulgaroom, call users to discuss products and terms of the transaction. It is forbidden to use messages and calls for any other purposes, including to transfer communication between users to other messengers or other communication channels by sending links to other sites, resources and services on the Internet. For security reasons, sending and requesting contact information from the seller may be restricted.
In some types of ads, as well as in the professional profile, we allow you to protect your valid phone number by showing hidden characters ("protected number") instead. Individuals can also hide their personal phone number in the settings. This is necessary to protect private users from people who collect contacts for unfair purposes, as well as from spam and irrelevant calls for questions that are not related to ads placed on Bulgaroom.
7. Communication of Bulgaroom with users
We can send you:
- system notifications that you can't unsubscribe from: for example, to confirm registration, notify about restricted access to your profile or ads;
- service notifications related to your actions on Bulgaroom: for example, when you receive a message from another user, personal collections of ads of interest;

You can manage service alerts, information and marketing notifications in your profile settings. The settings may vary depending on the device.
You grant the Company the right to use the materials contained in your requests to the Company, including the intellectual property objects included in them, under a non-exclusive license: indefinitely, without remuneration, in any way, on the territory of the whole world, both with and without specifying the author's name, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Terms of Use of Bulgaroom as well as improvements to Bulgaroom and the user experience.

8. Delete your profile
You can delete your Bulgaroom profile at any time in the profile settings or by contacting the support service. Your profile will be deleted upon termination of the contract under the terms of the offer, if you entered into it. We will delete your Bulgaroom profile if you don't use it once in three years.
9. Protection of intellectual property rights
Exclusive rights to computer programs necessary for the use of Bulgaroom, databases, graphic design of the interface (design) and other elements of the Bulgaroom website, the Company name, trademarks/logos and other distinctive signs of the Company, including those used as part of the domain name bulgaroom.com/, belong to the Company.
The word "Bulgaroom" and "Bulgaroom" are protected as trademarks that belong to the Company.
The Company owns the rights to registered and unregistered databases, including, but not limited to: the Bulgaroom Ad Database (collectively, the "databases"). Databases include both content that is publicly available on Bulgaroom, and content that is currently not available for viewing by users. As a manufacturer of databases, the Company incurs significant financial, material, organizational and other costs for their creation.
We may automatically apply Bulgaroom logos / watermarks to your uploaded photos in order to protect the materials in our databases from unauthorized copying.
10. License to use databases and programs
We grant users a non-exclusive license to use the databases and computer programs required to use Bulgaroom for the purposes provided for in the Terms and Conditions. No license fee is charged.
The license is granted from the moment you access Bulgaroom and continues to be valid as long as you use Bulgaroom. Search and view ads is available to all users regardless of registration and authorization. In order to access other functionality of Bulgaroom, you need to log in.
Without the Company's consent, it is prohibited to use technical means to interact with the service, bypassing the usual procedure for using databases and computer programs. In particular, it is forbidden to use automated scripts for collecting information on Bulgaroom, as well as for automatic registration of profiles.
Without the Company's consent, it is prohibited to use databases and computer programs for purposes not provided for in the Terms and Conditions. This means that it is forbidden to extract materials from databases and / or use them later in any form and in any way, regardless of their volume and coordination with third parties, if this is not directly related to the conclusion of a transaction in relation to the product in the ad. For example, it is forbidden to use materials from Bulgaroom databases to fill in third-party databases. It is also forbidden to use phone numbers from the Bulgaroom databases to call Bulgaroom users with offers of services or goods. 11. User Responsibilities
By interacting with the Company and other users of Bulgaroom, as well as in connection with the use of Bulgaroom, you undertake to:
- strictly comply with all legal requirements and act in good faith;
- comply with the Bulgaroom Terms of Use, ad placement rules, profile requirements and reviews, and other Bulgaroom rules and Company guidelines;
- do not contact users of Bulgaroom if you are not a potential buyer and are not interested in making a deal on the ad, do not perform actions that lead to spam;
- be responsible to third parties on your own, including if your actions lead to a violation of the rights and legitimate interests of third parties;

- do not commit illegal acts, as well as do not use images and statements that provoke cruelty, hatred or disrespect, contain threats, insults or information of a defamatory nature, justify illegal or unfair actions, incite them to commit, do not comply with moral standards or business practices, including not using obscene and rude language;

12. Violations and consequences

We are not responsible for possible losses caused to users in connection with taking measures to prevent and stop violations on Bulgaroom. We recommend that you keep a backup copy of your content on your device.
You may be subject to administrative, criminal or civil liability for violating the law or the rights of third parties when using Bulgaroom.

13. Final provisions

All other provisions apply to all users of Bulgaroom, regardless of registration and authorization. The Company's obligations to provide access to the Bulgaroom functionality are counter to your obligations to comply with the Terms and Conditions. IV. AGENCIES
